From here a marketing plan is developed, and your group is presented to the major carriers. They are asked to provide their most competitive pricing and benefits. Our expert team then presents you with a detailed summary presentation along with our recommendations. Throughout the whole process, we develop and adhere to a long-term benefits strategy to help your company stay competitive and minimize the double digit renewal increases.

On renewal, your dedicated account manager will re-market and re-evaluate your group-benefit options to the major providers and, if suitable, make recommendations for additional plan options from your current insurance company.

In addition, our staff works with your Humana Resources staff to develop educational programs for your employees. We also see it as an integral part of our job to assist our clients in keep up to date on legislative changes. This has become one of the most important roles we fill since the passage of Health Care Reform (PPACA). MDW has the resources to send out timely information so that you have the latest updates to assist with administering your plans. We also assist our clients in applying for new benefits created under the legislation- such as the small group tax deduction, or for our larger groups, the early retiree claims reimbursement fund. Our service team will also provide ongoing help with benefit questions and assist in resolving claims issues.
