Norbert will oversee the insurance marketing and management of all the operational functions of the organization.

Norbert’s career in the Insurance Industry spans more than 24 years in both Commercial and Personal Lines and he holds the designation of Accredited Insurance Advisor (AAI).He has expertise in risk analysis, underwriting and negotiations with admitted carriers and surplus line brokers nationally and internationally.

Prior to joining MDW, he was the Director of Marketing and Client Service for USI Insurance Services, in Ft. Lauderdale, a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners.
